The warranty islimited to the repair or replacement of the turbocharger, thewarranty does not cover the cost of any labour or materials requiredto remove and refit the turbocharger.

No liabilitywill be accepted if the turbocharger boost settings have been changedto outside the figures recommended by the original vehiclemanufacturer or any device is used to modify them. The boost settingmust always be checked after fitting to comply with this warranty.

Proof, in theform of receipts, may be required to verify proper vehiclemaintenance has been carried out as per manufacturersrecommendations. Particular attention should be paid to the vehiclesoil and filter changes. Failure to comply with manufacturers servicerequirements invalidates this warranty.

Althoughsympathetic to every warranty claim, only turbos which fail due todefective workmanship or parts are warrantable. Failures due tocircumstances or conditions outside our control cannot be acceptedunder the warranty.
