Part Exchange Policy

We operate on an exchange basis. Please return your old turbocharger within 30 days to avoid a surcharge:

• Send us your old turbo, and we will dispatch the new one without a deposit upon receipt.

• Pay a £150 security deposit via PayPal eBay or bank transfer; we will ship your turbo the same day and refund the deposit upon receiving your old turbo.

• Collect the turbo in person while leaving your old one, with payment via card,cash, PayPal, or Square.

Warranty Information

We offer a12-month warranty or 100,000 miles including taxi drivers. The warranty covers repairs or replacements but excludes labor or material costs for installation. Proof of maintenance may be required to validate the warranty.

Your warranty will be void if:

• You cannot provide an invoice for oil changes.

• Damage iscaused by old turbo parts.

• Issues arise from incorrect installation or modifications.
